Skilled aircraft pilot and heroic undercover cop, Captain O’Coniculi (Oh-Cone-Ick-You-Lie) takes his job very seriously. He’s a resident of Zappy Town, the same town MGP is from. In fact, the two were once childhood friends. They’re still on good terms, but MGP isn’t too thrilled with the captain’s life-risking lifestyle. With the help of his Laser Duck Crew, O’Coniculi takes on the ever-abundant crooks and crime bosses who threaten the innocent, hoping for a brighter future for everyone.

MGP SAYS: O’Coniculi seems to be doing quite well for himself these days. However, his personal aircraft, the Laser Duck, is one of the ugliest things on the entire planet. He should seriously upgrade to a box like mine.
